These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
PRICING
All prices
on this site are in EURO (€ ). You are required to pay delivery
charges at the checkout stage based upon the appropriate delivery zone as set
out in the shipping page.
VAT
Once you are
logged onto the website, all prices will include VAT.
ORDERS
The personal information, which you are required to provide when you order a product from KLENEK Racing, must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting us by email. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
PAYMENT
The total
cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in
the Shipping page. Payment can be made by Paypal, 2Checkout or bank transfer.
INVOICING
An invoice
will be provided when you receive your order. If you require an invoice to be
sent under a different name - e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the
recipient - please contact us via our email address sales@klenek.net.
GUARANTEE
The customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws and quality. In the
case of apparent flaws, these must be reported to us in writing within 2 days
after their discovery. The same is valid for defects, otherwise the
guarantee for these defects will not apply. The guarantee is for 24 months
after shipment. With regards to complaints, the purchase date must be proven with the
invoice provided you with the products. The article in qeustions, with
full accessories, together with an exact description of the error, must returned, together with a copy of the delivery receipt, in the original packaging, with
suitable outer packaging and with sufficient postage paid. The guarantee does not
cover normal wear and tear, and misuse, improper installation
or improperly tightening of screws. The guarantee expires if the
customer changes the goods delivered. With defects which are the fault of the
buyer because of improper handling, the buyer is committed to carry all
resulting subsequent improvement and transport costs.
DELIVERY
We will
deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your
order via Geis or DPD. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after
your order is accepted and dependent on the lead time of the product.. Delivery
dates acknowledged by klenek.net page are non-binding estimates only, based
upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and
transportation schedules. Estimated delivery dates will be considered as
accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to the Company in writing
within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by
the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be
considered by the Company. If necessary, conditions and charges may change
accordingly. The package(s) has full insurance of the purchase price. If
the package is damaged by Geis or DPD, the customer should not accept the package or please contact support@klenek.net imediately.
DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR THE RIGS
We call your
attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your package to check its
status by opening and assessing its state inside. In case of any problems (open package, empty package contents damaged ...), please
refuse and mention the specific reason for refusal on the travel voucher. In
order that, in this situation, you still want to receive the parcel, please
make sure to issue written upon receipt reserves. We remain at your disposal and therefore contact us on the email support@klenek.net
INDEMNITY
You agree
fully to indemnity. To defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees,
agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all
claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses. This includes reasonable
legal fees, arising out of any breach of conditions by you or any other
liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other
person accessing the website using your personal information.
CONTRACT
Once payment
has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by
sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order. Our
acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract
between us.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms
& Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details,
contact details and Privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating
to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on
our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms & conditions.

Racing only collects personal information from our online
